Credit packs are intended for immediate use with AI video generation. If a payment was accidental, duplicated, or the service did not deliver credits after a successful checkout, contact us within 7 days.

Eligible cases

• Duplicate payment for the same credit pack.
• Checkout succeeded but credits were not delivered after support review.
• Service-side outage that prevented reasonable use of a recent purchase.

Not eligible

• Used credits where generation completed successfully.
• Dissatisfaction with subjective creative quality after credits were consumed.
• Content rejected because it violated acceptable-use terms.
